On each of the four pages of A4 format, there are 6 pages of the password template. Each small password page can contain 4 sites with a place for a username and password. Each page is numbered with letters of the Latin alphabet and numbers from 0 to 9. Print all pages more than once if you need to write more than four passwords per letter or number.
